Air Scrubber Rental in Tallahassee, FL

You can rent HEPA air scrubbers in Tallahassee from Restoration Equipment Supply with same-day delivery across Leon County. An air scrubber is a portable, multi-stage filtration unit that continuously pulls contaminated air through a filter train and returns clean air to the space — a true HEPA final filter captures 99.97% of particles down to 0.3 microns, the mold spores, smoke and soot, and drywall and demolition dust that a restoration job kicks up. Tallahassee is inland North Florida's canopy city, the state capital and home to FSU and FAMU, with tree-shaded neighborhoods and a dense core of government and university buildings.

Storms crossing the Panhandle — Michael in 2018, Hermine, and Idalia in 2023 — topple the canopy's live oaks onto roofs, and the humid heat that follows drives mold in every rain-soaked building. That is why Tallahassee remediation crews run scrubbers from the first hour: to keep the work area cleaner, protect occupants and workers, and hit clearance. The same machine drives air changes per hour (ACH) inside a containment, and when you duct its exhaust outside it becomes a negative air machine. On a wet loss, run scrubbers alongside our desiccant dehumidifiers to clean and dry the structure at once. Not sure how many? Start with our equipment calculator, or browse our full inventory.
